The Last 90 with LG starts October 1st. You'll have a plan, a coach, and support for the exact weeks that usually make you disappear — holidays, full weeks, missed workouts, family stuff, and real life.
Strength, nutrition, mindset, and accountability coaching for moms 35+.
This is not "lose as much weight as humanly possible before Christmas." Absolutely not. This is learning how to keep showing up when your life gets fuller — without pretending the holidays don't exist.
You've saved the workouts. You know protein matters. You know you should move more. More information is not the missing piece.
A missed workout becomes a missed week. A holiday meal becomes "I'll start again Monday." That's the pattern we coach through.
If the plan can't flex in November, the same thing follows you into January — just with new pressure and a fresh planner.
The women I want to coach through The Last 90 are not women who have never cared about their fitness. Maybe you're working out but guessing. Maybe life keeps pulling you out of your routine. Either way, you're already trying.
Coaching helps you make that effort work in real life.
Strength training built around your goals, current level, and equipment — then adjusted as you progress.
Practical coaching around protein, meals, habits, and the places your food choices keep getting harder than they need to be.
We identify your fitness patterns, then build better responses so one rough week does not become another restart.
You get a coach, a plan, and somewhere to bring the messy weeks. This is actual coaching — your plan, your support, and help adjusting when real life changes the week.
A clear strength plan built for your goals, with progressions and adjustments as you go.
Protein, food choices, consistency, and feedback that helps you make better decisions without chasing perfection.
Simple guidance that supports your goals without letting cardio take over your entire plan.
A live group space to reset, ask questions, get coached, and make adjustments for the week ahead.
We start in October because I want you coached through the exact season that usually knocks people out of their routine. Then we carry that work into the new year so January can be another month — not another restart.
Through the holidays
Build the version of your plan that can bend when life gets fuller without disappearing until January.
Without starting over
Carry your plan into the new year with momentum, data, and actual coaching history behind you.
I could have waited for January to make this a big "new year, new you" thing. I'm not doing that.
We're using the last 90 days of this year to build something you don't have to start over in January.
You get the holidays. You get real life. You get the full weeks and the weird weeks. And you get coaching through all of it — then we carry the work forward instead of starting over.
Real change needs enough real-life reps to see your patterns, coach the adjustments, and practice staying instead of restarting.
One client who stayed with the process moved from 220 to 202 pounds across four months. The point is not that every client gets the same result. The point is that change had time to happen because she kept working the process.
Individual results vary. Progress depends on many factors, including adherence, health status, training history, nutrition, sleep, stress, and other individual circumstances.
Know what you're doing before the season gets louder.
Learn what "still doing it" looks like on a fuller week.
One missed workout or off-plan meal does not have to become a disappearance.
Progress from consistency instead of chasing another fresh start.
You'll book a short call with LG before joining so we can make sure the coaching matches what you actually need.
Initial six-month commitment. Total initial investment: $894.
Covers your initial coaching term. Equivalent to $139/month and saves $60.
If you're still not sure after this, that's what the call is for.
No. The Last 90 is coaching, not a short-term holiday challenge or crash program. We start October 1st and use the season to build a plan you can keep working instead of abandoning when life gets full.
Gym access is preferred because it gives us more options for progression, but a home option is available. We'll talk through your setup on the call.
That is exactly why this exists. We are not waiting for life to calm down. We are building the version of your plan that can adjust when the week changes.
You do not get kicked out of the club. We coach what to do next. Missing one workout is data; turning it into three weeks is the pattern we want to interrupt.
Not necessarily. Nutrition coaching is individualized. The goal is to create a repeatable way of eating that supports your training and goals — not to make food another full-time job.
Because this is coaching, not a checkout-page product. I want to hear what you're doing now, where you keep getting stuck, and make sure this is actually the right next move.
