Hey there!

I'm so glad you ended up here!

My name is Lauren Gray but you can call me LG.

I want to first, thank you. With so many choices, I do not take your attention for granted and know I am here to help and encourage you.

A little bit about me

I am first and foremost, a daughter of Christ, a wife, a boy mom to four chocolate drops
(ages 23, 13, 7, and 2), a daughter, sister, frennnn, niece, cousin and accountability coach to moms.

I am a health and fitness entrepreneur. I have a passion for helping women transform and take their lives to the next level. Why? Because I've been exactly where you are. Tired, unmotivated, depressed and needing a little push or a lil shove to get back on track.

Having been in corporate America since the age of 19, l understand stress and what it can do to the mind and body. With a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Texas San Antonio and a Masters in Education from Texas State University, I have built my fitness and life coaching program for women on The BRINK (good or bad) within their fitness journeys and are sick and tired of doing it alone. 

I know that Health, Fitness, and Wellness are an inside job and I am an accountability beast! I teach women how to make themselves a priority without guilt. My philosophy is moderation, not misery. I believe we get one body and one life, and we need to make the most of it.

I coach my clients to make the best of their circumstances and encourage them to have fun along the way.

My note to you

Once you have a decided heart about changing the habits that have lead to your current circumstance, other areas of your life will fall into place. Life happens to all of us, it's how you respond that matters the most.
