The BRINK HIIT Program


If you are sick of trying to do it all alone, or not doing it at all, you'll love

the BRINK Workout Program.  
We are FIERCE, FIT and FOCUSED women getting back on track, one workout at a time.


Program Details


THREE times a week. (TWICE in person; OFF DAYS on your own)


Tuesdays AND Thursdays at 6:30P CST
 
 (This gives you time to get your workout in and still get home for dinner, kids etc.)


You will have access to a workout map. This includes the 15-20 minute off day workouts!

Drop ins ($20) are welcome but you still must register prior to the workout!


Space is limited. Please register as soon as possible.


Come prepared ladies!
Have your mat, weights (10-25lbs), towel and water. You've done this before, you know the drill.

Be prepared to work, have FUN and feel amazing after!
