The BRINK Membership


If you are sick of trying to do it all alone, or not doing it at all, you'll love

the BRINK Workout Program.  
We are FIERCE, FIT and FOCUSED women getting back on track, one workout at a time.


Program Details


TWO times a week. OFF DAYS on your own)


Tuesdays AND Thursdays at 6:30P CST


You will receive access to The JLG App for accountability on your journey with Lauren.
There are off-day workouts/cardio you can do to accelerate your results!

Drop ins ($30) are welcome but you still must register prior to the workout!


Space is limited. Please sign up as soon as possible.


Come prepared ladies!
Have your mat, weights (10-25lbs), towel and water.

Be prepared to work, have FUN and feel amazing after!
